To get them, you can find them at the Carnival. You can now get all the lower level items. Now you will be able to get more crowns and sashes.

Dont forget to go to the Limo photo booth with your friends to take many pictures of you walking out of the limo. The celebrity party will last a few more days so get everything while you can.
